Hancocks Cash and Carry has launched a novel treat sized, chocolate filled cornet that can be enjoyed even when the sun is not shining. Offered as a confectionery product, there is no need to freeze it!
The tempting cornets are presented in the style of an ice cream cone and yet contain a special chocolate filling topped with chocolate beans for good measure. Weighing 25g, they make for a sensible sized treat, retailing at 49p each.
“These are a really fun idea and we expect them to sell extremely well in all types of store. Sold in a self merchandising box, they look great on the shelf, remain affordable and earn retailers a margin in excess of 38%. Hancocks is getting a well deserved reputation for offering retailers something a bit different,” says Jonathan Summerley, Hancocks purchasing director.
So whether you sell ice cream or not, these treat sized chocolate cones are set to be a sure winner with all ages.
