Premier Foods, the UK’s No. 1 food manufacturer, is set to accelerate sales with the relaunch of its Batchelors Soupfulls range which features NPD, new packaging and an improved value proposition.
As well as introducing a Chicken Balti variant to its 6-strong range, all Soupfulls products will now be available in microwavable, single-serve packs.
The new Soupfulls pack design will integrate the range further with other Batchelors products. Batchelors’ total range value is £150m and Batchelors products are purchased by 67.1% of British households.
Joanne Marshall, Brand Manager for Batchelors, says, “The new microwaveable Soupfulls packs have further increased the convenience of the range, while modified recipes have improved the taste and the new single serve pouches reflect the needs of our consumers. Retailers should stock up now to make the most of the relaunch during this key sales period.”
The revamped 300g Soupfulls range includes Beef & Country Vegetable; Chunky Chicken & Country Vegetable; Rich Tomato & Pasta; Creamy Chicken, Potato & Mushroom; Harvest Vegetable and new Chicken Balti flavour. Batchelors Soupfulls are available in cases of 6 with a new, lower RRP of £1.19.
