Procter & Gamble’s Olay has this week been named the Globe’s Top Beauty Brand 2012 in the BrandFinance Top 50 Beauty Brands report.
Olay, worth US $11.8bn in value sales, celebrates its 60th birthday this year and continues to lead the market with a diverse range of innovative product launches. Its latest additions include a brand new optics-based skincare concept with New Olay Regenerist Wrinkle Relaxing Complex, which combines Olay’s best in proven anti-ageing ingredients with the latest in light reflective technology to instantly brighten and reduce the appearance of lines. This was closely followed with the introduction of new Total Effects Sensitive, an age defying cream specifically designed for women with sensitive skin.
Earlier this year the brand also re-launched its iconic cleansing and moisturising range, “Classic Care” as Olay ESSENTIALS. With a fresh, young design and three wholly new products – the new-look product range is set to appeal to a broad number of shoppers and provides clean, glowing skin that is both moisturised and well protected.
