The Scandinavian Tobacco Group UK (STG UK) has announced that it is launching new eye-catching limited edition packaging designs on its Henri Wintermans Half Corona and Henri Wintermans Corona De Luxe cigars to celebrate this year’s big events and help grow sales for retailers over the summer period.
Available to retailers from mid-June, the two stunning new designs illustrate the London skyline, featuring iconic landmarks such as the London Eye and Wembley Stadium, as well as a Union Jack design in the brands’ trademark red colour.
The celebratory limited edition packs will run across the Henri Wintermans Half Corona and Henri Wintermans Corona De Luxe cigar ranges throughout the summer period with a MRRP of £8.44 and £4.25 respectively.
Alan Graham, Head of Marketing at STG UK, commented: “There’s a natural increase in cigar sales over the summer period as the weather warms up and more social occasions are enjoyed outside. With a summer of big events coming up in the UK, these limited edition designs will appeal to those that enjoy a cigar in the sunshine.
“Our Henri Wintermans Corona De Luxe is the biggest selling large tubed cigar and when combined with the no.1 selling Medium-Large cigar, Henri Wintermans Half Corona, account for 54% of the sales in this segment, making these two cigars key must-stock products for retailers.”
Both of the ranges are available in similarly eye-catching outers that benefit from the new limited edition designs and will be sure to attract both new and existing cigar smokers to these top-selling ranges.
