New 12-bottle pack for Coca-Cola’s Oasis


Oasis, the fun and fruity juice drink distributed by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd (CCE), is introducing a new 12 pack case size into cash and carries to meet retailer demand for more flexible stock options.

The new case is being supported with a new shrink wrap packaging design. A new in-store marketing campaign is also set to support the brandand drive sales for retailers.

Available now in the wholesale channel, the new smaller 12 pack case is designed to help retailers manage space in their stock room more effectively and offer retailers greater choice. The packs come in all five Oasis flavour varieties, as well as in 99p price marked  packs of Summer Fruits, Citrus Punch and Blackcurrant Apple variants.

Additionally, the new striking shrink wrap packaging that mirrors the brand’s fruity pack designswill catch retailers’ eyesin depot and a packaging refresh will increase stand out in the chiller.

Oasiswill be backed by a marketing campaign that continues to highlight the brand’s association with lunchtime foods and showcases its cheeky personality. Supporting activity includes the continued sponsorship of Celebrity Juice with‘It will go with anything’ idents running during episodes when the hit show is back on ITV2 in the Autumn. An Oasis Facebook page will also tie in closely with the programme and the idents’ creative.

Darren Goldney, Sales & Customer Development Director at CCE, commented: “Offering a 12 pack case option of Oasis allows us to offer retailers greater control over their stock. We expect the new cases to be popular with retailers looking to buy and sell Oasis, wanting to stock the range, but who are conscious of the initial investment in stock.

“Oasis is a £64m brand and is ranked the  number two juice drink in the Impulse channel. We recommend retailers stock up on the brand ahead of the new marketing campaign, which will help to drive sales.”
