A brand new range of chilled family friendly healthy curry sauces with the taste of traditional Punjab has arrived to spice up home cooking. Mamajaan’s introduces convenience to wholesome family meals, allowing people to create delicious one-pot healthy dishes for the whole family in mere minutes.
All additional ingredients – such as meat and vegetables – can be added to the Mamajaan’s sauce from raw in order to soak up the unique flavours: all cooked in one pot!
Featuring some of London’s most famous postcodes in their name, Mamajaan’s cook-in fresh curry sauces take the stress out of making dishes from scratch and use only fresh, low fat ingredients resulting in richly flavoured Indian curries.
Mamajaan’s is the brainchild of working Hampstead mum Anjam Jabeen who created the range – which includes Belsize Bhuna and Hampstead Harooni – proudly marrying her Punjabi heritage with her current home in North London.
Having recently secured listings with Fortnum & Mason, Hampstead’s The House of Mistry and Budgens stores across North London, Anjam plans to expand the Mamajaan’s range throughout the UK, in more ways than one!
The Mamajaan’s range:
Keats Kashmir – a mild, rich curry with creamy coconut and hints of ginger
Camden Chitur – a tangy sauce made with tomatoes and green mango for all the family
Hampstead Harooni – a deep, spicy flavour with fresh lemongrass and roasted mustard seeds, giving it a smoky taste
Belsize Bhuna – a spicy sauce made with green chilli and coriander that has a kick, but won’t blow your head off
Mamajaan’s sauces offer curry lovers a fresh alternative to the uninspiring (and often unhealthy) ‘ready sauces’ currently available. Made with fresh, low fat ingredients, Mamajaan’s are cook-in curry sauces, meaning that you can cook your own meat and vegetables, from raw, in the sauce so that they absorb its natural flavours and aromas, resulting in a far superior ‘homemade’ taste. They are great tasting and effort free, allowing you to create a meal in mere minutes.
Mamajaan’s cook-in sauce RRP per pot is £3.49 (500ML)
