Jack Link’s, the world’s number one authentic American meat snack brand, is set to accelerate its growth in the UK with the appointment of Euro Food Brands as the company’s new distributor.

“Euro Food Brands has excellent credentials and a significant presence in the UK grocery market, with successful brands such as Hershey’s and illy Coffee in its portfolio. We’re looking forward to working with them not only to reinforce our position in the convenience channel, but to establish Jack Link’s as a major force in the grocery sector.”
Euro Food Brands has already secured a first listing with Tesco as part of an American themed fixture and will be responsible for the launch of a new product to the jerky market – Jack Link’s Curry Chicken Bites.

We will work closely with retailers to lead the development of the category through competitive pricing, excellent margins and strong promotional and marketing activity. We are aiming to secure listings within at least two further major retailers by the middle of 2013.”
The introduction of Jack Link’s Curry Chicken Bites follows extensive consumer research in which the product performed extremely well with 76% of consumers saying they would purchase the product.
Jack Link’s meat snacks offer high unit sales value and high cash margin for retailers. The SRP display box takes up a relatively small amount of shelf space and the brand’s selection of clip strips means the products can offer an entirely incremental sales and margin opportunity.

- Beef Jerky (Original and Sweet & Hot)
- Beef Steak Bites (Original and Teriyaki)
- Chicken Bites (Flamin’ Buffalo Style and Curry)
All are available in 25g (RSP up to £1.99) and 75g pack sizes (RSP up to £3.99)
