Tetley is to introduce a larger pack size of its successful Tetley Redbush brand.
 In only a year since launch, Tetley Redbush 40s is the market leading rooibos SKU with 32% volume share.
Weekly base sales of Tetley Redbush have more than doubled, spurred by Tetley's successful television advertising for the brand in January.
The success of the brand is accelerating growth of the rooibos sector as a whole, with sales increasing 40% year on year.
With over 24% of Tetley Redbush consumers having already purchased 3+ packs since launch there is a real need for a larger pack.
Tetley's new pack size of Tetley Redbush 80s will appear on shelf from the middle of April.
“Tetley Redbush has been a runaway success,” says Customer Marketing Controller for Tetley GB Simon Attfield.
“The choice of two pack sizes 40s and 80s will reduce out of stock levels and give greater shelf visibility to this successful category driver,” he adds.
Tetley Redbush 80s will be packaged in shelf ready packaging, 6 packs per case.
With a recommended retail price of £2.99 Tetley Redbush 80s will be launched with a promotional price of £2.49.
