Kenco will be back on the nation’s screens this month with an ad to support the Kenco Pure range, which was launched earlier this year.
The Kenco Pure range comprises Kenco Pure Columbian, Costa Rican and Brazilian. Each is made entirely from single origin ethically sourced Arabica beans for an enriched, intense taste, and is certified by the Rainforest Alliance.
The ad once again sees Rising Damp star Don Warrington moonlighting as Mr Makousa. This time the focus is on the evocative landscapes of Costa Rica and the distinctive taste characteristics that result in the Kenco Pure Costa Rican variant.
The ad uses a wine tasting analogy to explain the benefits of single origin coffee and also highlights the ethically sourced aspect of the Pure range.
Commenting on the launch, Dave McNulty, convenience sales director for Kraft Foods, said: “The super premium coffee sector is growing, as increasing numbers of consumers trade up to better quality coffee products. This is due to the fact that consumers want both quality and convenience from their products, which the Kenco Pure range delivers.”
