Mars Food UK has launched a new trade website, www.foodsoftheworld.co.uk, aimed at independent convenience retailers. The website offers a one stop shop for impartial category advice and marketing support to drive retailers’ sales in meal time solutions. It is supported by the three Mars brands of Dolmio, Uncle Ben’s and Seeds of Change.
The site, launched in October 2007, offers a handy solution for retailers seeking objective category advice, market information, planograms, point of sale material and the latest news on the Mars brands. Easy to navigate, www.foodsoftheworld.co.uk, contains specific sections such as Fixture & Range and Display Materials. These provide retailers with planogram advice and the ability to print off their own point of sale. Retailers can also contact Mars direct through the website for advice.
