Greencore relaunches sandwiches as Sutherland Deli

Friday, 26 October 2007
Greencore Sandwiches has re-launched its latest `Sutherland` range under the name of `Sutherland Deli`.

Sutherland
“The new name emphasises the quality and freshness of the products”, says Greencore Sandwiches` Marketing Director, Richard Esau. “It also makes it possible to accommodate a much wider variety of food-to-go categories under a single brand.”

The label designs are the result of intensive consumer research by the company. The colours of the text and the ingredient illustrations introduce a sense of fun and, as every label is unique, it makes the fixture really easy for the consumer to shop.

The new range encompasses traditional wedge sandwiches, wraps and salads in addition to varieties such as hot-eat paninis and toasties. Further developments are planned in the near future.

Sutherland Deli is distributed daily, nationwide, direct to store by Greencore Food-to-Go (Tel: 01909 515 511).
