Toxic Waste candy expanded in UK

Friday, 14 November 2008
Candy Dynamics, a cutting edge marketer of popular sour candy products, announced today that the company will expand its Toxic Waste candy brand offerings in the United Kingdom (UK) with the addition of its popular Toxic Waste Sour Candy Sprays in the first quarter of 2009.

The Toxic Waste family of sour candy products is distributed throughout the UK exclusively by Bromborough, Wirral based Newbridge Foods.

The announcement was made jointly by Karen Windle-Burcham, President of Candy Dynamics and David Beaumont, Director of Newbridge Foods.

An innovative 10 ml size liquid sour-candy-and-toy-in-one, each Toxic Waste Sour Candy Spray features one of three collectible Toxic Waste character finger puppets, including Professor Sauernoggin (the inventor of Toxic Waste Candy), Mr. Toxie Head (Professor Sauernoggin's Alter Ego), and Hazmat the Lab Rat (Professor Sauernoggin's faithful pet rat).

Pro-environment crusaders through-and-through, the Toxic Waste characters work hard to support a cleaner planet.

"Following on the phenomenal popularity and success of our Toxic Waste Sour Candy Sprays in the US, we are pleased to announce that these unique liquid spray candies will be available to all UK sour candy fans early next year," stated Laura King, Vice President of Candy Dynamics.

"UK denizens embraced our flagship Toxic Waste Hazardously Sour Candy upon its 2003 release and we are confident that our delicious sour candy sprays will be met with a similarly enthusiastic reception."

Toxic Waste Sour Candy Sprays will be available in the UK in four yummy sour flavors, Blue Raspberry, Cherry, Green Apple, and Strawberry, in 12 unit assorted flavor retail display boxes (12 display boxes per case/case pack: 12X12) at the manufacturer's suggested retail price of £1.39 each.

Toxic Waste Sour Candy Sprays join Toxic Waste Hazardously Sour Candy, Toxic Waste Nuclear Sludge Sour Bars, and Toxic Waste Pucker Suckers in the ever growing UK family of Toxic Waste sour candy products.
