Robert Wiseman Dairies is taking to the air with a £1 million TV campaign for its one percent fat milk brand, ‘the One'.
Running from November 18th, the new campaign stars high flying purple and white cows and a farmer, who together run ‘the One' dairy - taking out the fat, but keeping in the taste of the one percent fat milk.
The animated, multi channel TV and consumer and trade press campaign is expected to further boost sales of ‘the One', which grew by 40% per annum last year (source TNS - September 07 to 08 comparison).
The campaign follows the introduction of innovative new translucent purple labelling under the line ‘Pick up the purple. The easy way to get less fat in your life.'
Commented Sandy Wilkie, Wiseman's sales and marketing director:
"We're confident that our hard working, high flying purple and white animated cows will give ‘the One' a real lift.
"The One is Britain's biggest one percent fat milk brand, and with living well and living better at the forefront of consumers minds, this is a product for the moment.
"One percent fat milk is now regarded as the fourth fresh milk category and ‘the One' is being positioned alongside skimmed, semi-skimmed and whole milk on the shelves.
"Research shows that ‘the One' represents consumers ‘ideal milk' combining the right taste whilst helping with all round health and fitting perfectly into a balanced diet. I'm sure our new campaign will reinforce this message."
