United Biscuits (UK), a leading manufacturer of biscuits, cakes and snacks, is introducing new Go Ahead Muesli Fingers to its existing range of great tasting sweet and savoury snacks.

Go Ahead Muesli Fingers
Available from the beginning of September, the multipacks (RRP £2.05) of muesli biscuit fingers contain five individually wrapped portions and come in two fruity flavours, Apple & Sultana and Cranberry & Sultana.

Each crunchy finger is packed with muesli & oats, contains only 0.9g of fat, over 30% fruit and with no artificial colours or flavours is the perfect option as a light but wholesome snack.

These new additions undoubtedly appeal to the vast number of consumers that are looking for “great tasting, better for you snacks” with a natural source of health benefits.

Go ahead is the UK’s no.1 healthier biscuit brand and is now worth £49m RSV.

Muesli Fingers will join Go Ahead’s portfolio of great tasting, better for you snacks which have already proven hugely successful with today’s health conscious consumers.

Go ahead’s Yoghurt Breaks and Crispy Slices have been particularly popular growing by 29% and 17% respectively over the last year.

Retailers can expect to see increasing demand for go ahead!’s great better for you alternatives and should stock the new Muesli Fingers to stay on trend.

Nick Stuart, Commercial Manager at UBUK, comments, “Muesli Fingers are entering the Better For You category at a time when healthy eating is becoming increasingly important to consumers. The Go Ahead brand is growing by 22.5% and developing a loyal consumer base as we continue to offer new snacks and flavours. The new Muesli Fingers will give retailers even more opportunity to capitalise on the health-conscious shopping trend and will in turn increase their sales and profit opportunities.”
