Warburtons, the UK’s number one branded baker, is once again re-introducing its limited edition Winter Fruit Loaf for the coming festive season.
First launched in 2003, demand continues to be high and consumers will be anticipating its arrival again this winter.
This season’s Winter Fruit Loaf has a revised fruitier recipe and new, contemporary packaging.
Warburtons Winter Fruit Loaf’s traditional recipe has been adapted to offer even more flavour and now includes orange and lemon fruit pieces for a real burst of citrus flavour as well as the delicious tastes of cinnamon, sultanas, currants and spices.
This year the packaging has been redesigned with a contemporary snowflake pattern reflecting the festive winter season. This new eye-catching packaging reinforces that this is a limited edition and will catch consumer attention on-shelf.
Sarah Miskell, Category Director at Warburtons, comments: “Fruit loaves offer customers a healthier tea-time treat and show the strongest growth year-on-year in the tea break sector with sales up 16.4%. Our Winter Fruit Loaf always proves to be a popular line and is a great tasting winter warmer that can be enjoyed by the family as a tea-time treat, a snack or toasted for breakfast.”
Warburtons’ 400g Winter Fruit Loaf has a RSP of £1.30. This limited edition is available from early September until the end of December.
