The promotion offers independent retailers a branded point of sale kit and a 12-pack of Caledonian Cooler – absolutely FREE of charge.

Karen Salters, Marketing Director, Beverage Brands, says: “Caledonian Cooler is the perfect drink for summer thanks to its refreshing taste and low calorie content. We launched the brand earlier this year and it’s selling really well where stocked.

“The nature of this promotion means that participating retailers can stock Caledonian Cooler for the first time and they’ll also be able to highlight and create theatre for the brand in-store thanks to the eye-catching point of sale material.”

The point of sale kits contain banded items such as wobblers, A2 posters, strip posters and shelf strips.

All of the point of sale items feature the Caledonian Cooler brand strap-line: ‘It’s a girl thing’ and are specifically designed for use in the convenience sector to create consumer awareness and drive impulse sales.

The special take home Caledonian Cooler point of sale kits and 12-packs of product are available to independent retailers FREE of charge – and while stocks last. Retailers simply have to call the Caledonian Cooler hotline on – 0800 917 3450 and quote Caledonian Cooler off trade hotline kit offer.

Salters says: “Once retailers see how well it sells they’ll be eager to buy regular supplies of Caledonian Cooler. It’s available from Booker and leading cash & carries nationwide as well as being stocked at all major multiples.”

Salters concludes: “Everyone seems to want a hotter summer, but we think it’s going to be a ‘Cooler’ summer this year. This is just the start of a summer of added value initiatives and marketing activity for Caledonian Cooler. Our advice to retailers is to watch out for some great ‘It’s a girl thing’ themed activity over the coming months!”
