Zovirax returns to small screen with autumn boost
Zovirax Cold Sore Cream (aciclovir) is back on national TV for the second time this year with its 20-second 'Think Fast Think Zovirax' ad - first screened last year. It will be on air from early August to early October with week-on-week-off coverage throughout the campaign period equating to a spend of £1.18 million. The commercial features an attractive woman using a photo mount in a now you see it, now you dont gesture to demonstrate her own cold sore disappearing fast. In the TV ad a demo featuring a spinning clock goes on to explain how nothing fights cold sores faster. Zovirax Cold Sore Cream is available in a 2g tube with a RSP (recommended selling price) of £5.99 and a convenient and durable 2g pump format with a RSP of £6.49.
