This year will see The Polenghi Group adding to its extensive range of lemon and lime juices with two innovative sprays designed to make cooking quicker and easier.
The range consists of:
• Egg Glaze Spray: for pastry glazing. This product can be sprayed directly on to baked goods such as pies, pastries and croissants to give a shine when baked, saving the need to prepare egg glaze in the traditional way.
• Vegetal Spray: a great vegetarian alternative to leaf or powdered gelatine. It can be used to spray on to cold foods such as cold meats, salads and desserts to protect and preserve the food.
