Online boost for supermarkets

sainsburys frontSainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Asda and Tesco all featured in the top 40 UK online retailers in ForeSee Result’s 2009 Online Retailers Customer Satisfaction Index for December 2009.

Sainsbury’s achieved a debut satisfaction rating of 73.

M&S and Asda (Wal-Mart) also scored 73 – registering improvements of 7.4% and 5.8% respectively.

Tesco Direct gained a satisfaction rating of 72 – but this represented a rise of 10.8% on last year.
