M&S to launch home energy service division

Marks & Spencer is launching a brand new Home Energy Service division that will offer customers a suite of energy efficiency products and services.

Building on the success of M&S Energy, which launched just over a year ago and is already servicing over 125,000 homes, M&S will roll-out a number of new products including bespoke energy advice, renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels & heat pumps, and energy efficient heating solutions over the coming months.

Stephen Langford, head of M&S Energy, said: “Marks & Spencer is committed to making it easy and cost effective for our customers and employees to reduce their carbon footprint.

“Insulating your home saves you money and helps in the fight against climate change, a genuine win-win situation. We’ve launched a service that takes the hassle factor out of home insulation and applies M&S standards of quality, value and customer service.”

The first new service, M&S Energy Home Insulation, will launch this week.
