Marks & Spencer (M&S) will launch a series of food offers from tomorrow (11 December) as a replacement for its recent one-day sales.
The firm said the promotions will be used as an attempt to lure shoppers in during the Christmas period.
Last week, the retailer held a second 20%-off sale, noting the success of the first.
Deals are set to include Champagne for up to half price, a Christmas Spend and Save voucher to get £5 off food purchases worth £25 or more (from 20 December) and 4 for 3 on party food.
Additionally, M&S card holders will be entitled to 10% off food between 8 and 14 December.
Sir Stuart Rose, chairman, said: “We know that our customers are feeling the pinch but we all need a bit of sparkle this Christmas.
“That’s why are committed to continue to offer a wide range of promotions to help make the festivities special for everyone.”
Retail sales dropped for the second month in succession, this week’s British Retail Consortium and KPMG figures showed.
