C J Lang & Son Ltd in talks to Acquire A M Landsburgh (St Andrews) Ltd

Dundee based Spar distributor and retailer C J Lang & Son Ltd are currently in negotiations with A M Landsburgh (St Andrews) Ltd to acquire their 10 Spar convenience food stores, which are located in Dundee and Fife.

Both parties are working towards concluding a deal by the end of April, 2011. CJ Lang’s estate of wholly owned Spar stores would increase to 105 following the purchase.
