InBev deal with Tradeteam creates 70 jobs

Tuesday, 10 February 2009
Drinks manufacturer InBev has announced a new outsourcing deal with Tradeteam in Northern Ireland that will create 70 jobs.

A logistics solution will be provided by Tradeteam at a modern 52,000 sq ft facility on the outskirts of Belfast.

Distribution, stock management and storage responsibilities have passed over to Tradeteam for the well-known brands including Becks, Stella and Tennent's.

InBev operations director Paul Joyner said: "Tradeteam continue to be our distribution partner in UK & we are pleased to further develop our relationship with Tradeteam in Ireland. We have been delighted by the speed at which the project has progressed.

"It is to Tradeteam's credit that the service provided throughout the Christmas peak remained of the highest level despite the operation being little more than two months old. This performance fills us with confidence for the future."
