Nearby Stores selling retail venues

Christie & Co has been instructed by administrator KPMG to sell the convenience store operator Nearby Stores.

Nearby operates 33 leasehold stores in the south-west of England and these make sales of £25.4m.

Offers for the whole estate or individual stores are being invited until midday tomorrow (16 December).

The convenience retailer went into administration last week.
