Tesco trials feedback service

Thursday, 30 October 2008
Tesco is trialling a feedback service so that it can get more of an insight into what consumers think of the company.

Every Comment Helps will initially be used in 100 stores, via which customers can get in touch over a number of channels such as email and text.

A spokeswoman said that "freshness" is one of the key aspects of feedback, because the shopping experience is still in people's minds soon after visiting a store, reports Retail Week.

She commented: "The system instantly analyses feedback and ensures that customers get quick, relevant and individual responses."

The trial will run in Tesco stores until the end of November, when the service will be reviewed.

In related news, Tesco today denied claims in the press that it has budgeted for weaker than normal sales growth this year.

I resent deliverers referring to me as "my dear", I have a name and I wish they would use it.

hi Tesco is a very good supermarket to shop from as it has all the essentials and also has the items that everybody wants like CD's DVD's and Video Games

Some of the tesco supermarkets have toilets and escalorts and lifts i think this is a very good idea as it helps disabled people or people who have trouble walking get around the store in a safer way.

I shop regularlly at a Tesco supermarket that has escalorts and lifts and found the store and staff to be nice and friendly to me and my friends that went shopping the other week.

Also the products that you sell at the supermarket are very good at a good price and also the products also have mostly recyable so that is also good for the environment as well

Also the layout of all the Tesco stores I been to are nicely laid out and the products i looking for in the store are very easy to find and if i cannot find them i ask the staff and they are mostly happy to help me

Lastly if i was a reviewer i would give this shop a 9/10 as it has everything in the shop anyone needs and also they are doing there bit for the environment and that always a good thing.
