Spar store launches online ordering for food to go

Tuesday, 08 July 2008
A Spar store in Belfast city centre has teamed up with local business niftynosh.com to launch an online ordering system for its takeaway food.

Customers can order from the Spar store's breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, which includes hot food, sandwiches and salads, noodles from its Kitsu noodle bar, and coffee and donuts from its Tim Horton's range.

Stuart Cordner, fresh foods manager for store owner Henderson Retail, said: “Shoppers in the city centre in particular are interested in a range of modern 'food-to-go' options yet we know they are often under time pressure, visiting the store on their lunch break or on the way from or to their workplace.”

The store is situated on Belfast's Great Victoria Street.

Merosys is the most ...
Merosys is the most advanced online food ordering system. It has made it so easy for the customers to order at any time of the day and even in advance.

It is so simple and easy to setup on the website and can be operated in very short period of time.
