The development and distribution director will be the incumbent director Stephen Brown and Lindsay Sands remains company chairman.
Sands said that the outfit has grown in recent times and that he wants to see this trend continue into the future.
“Finding good, viable sites that fit in with our style of trading remains challenging but we are ideally placed to cope with additional stores,” he remarked.
He added that the company may capitalise on the shift that could see some independents shutting for good as a result of licensing and cigarette ban proposals.
