The ideal candidate will ideally have fashion / one to one sales experience, retail management experience is essential.
The role:
• Increasing of store sales
• Appraisals and disciplinaries
• Motivated to hitting targets on a weekly / monthly basis KPIs (Key performance indicators)
• Communication at all levels to management and customers
• Training, coaching and developing yourself and others
