The General Manager will be responsible for all elements of the customer experience as well as the profitable running of the high volume, industry leading business. This competitive market requires a keen eye for detail, a clear appreciation of customers' expectations and a genuine love of the trade.
You will have a proven track record of developing sales, driving profitability and controlling overheads. You will ideally come from a restaurant, retail or food service background and be comfortable handling large numbers of staff and a high volume of covers. You will need to be totally focussed on the guest experience all will be comfortable managing a co-located restaurant and hotel business.
