As Trainee Manager Merry Hill you will be involved in all aspects of day to day running of this busy store.You will get full training and have responsibility in all sales floor activity, customer service, stockrooms and stock control systems. You will be trained in cash office duties and all HR functions from wages through to recruitment and selection and training of new employees. You will be taken into the business and invested in, in order for you to progress in your management career in the fashion market. A brilliant role for career progression.
The successful candidate will have the equivalent of Third Level Education and/or previous exposure to Retail Management. You must have the desire to work in a fast paced environment and be able to think quickly when under pressure. You must also be motivated in your career and have a vision and flair for retail.
