As a Group Team Manager you will be the expert in your field,reporting to the Stores Director (with a dotted line to Head Office) supporting Store Management teams deliver the plans specific to your key area of focus for the business.
Our client is currently looking for a Group Clothing Manager, Group Dot Com Manager and a Group Productivity Manager.
In each role the key purpose would be to deliver a business plan by providing recommendations, supported by coaching and training of Store Management Teams. Working with Store Managers you will drive the KPI improvement in your specific area of focus through consultation and discussion. Training and developing all stake holders, driving consistency in standards across all stores on the group and manage implementation of process.
Your commercial acumen and previous experience will be what sets you apart from the other applicants. You will be excited by change, experienced in working remotely and possess the interpersonal skills to influence, build rapport, challenge and ultimately deliver results through others.
