As trainee manager for the store,you will be a strong assistant manager looking to run your own store in the short future. You will undergo an extensive training programme and through your personality and leadership ability you will show they will be looking at you to take control of your own store in the short future (potentially 4months!). Once in place, you will work closely with your store and area manager to deliver the service standards and product range that your customers have come to expect from the brand.
An experienced food retailer or retailer in another sector with thebasic competenciesto move into the food sector. You will be either running your own convenience store or a department in a large store format; this would be an excellent move to get control of your first supermarket. It is vital that you have experienced managing in a volume driven environment and are used to working at driving sales, reducing stock losses and leading and developing a disciplined team. This role will give you full autonomy to train and develop your store team and in the short term to drive YOUR business forwards. We are currently looking for Store Managers across London, Essex and Kent to continue this drive for success.

Basic salary to reflect experience £20,000 - £24,000 + London Weighting + Training to move to run your own store.
