Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role as Deputy General Manager will be to oversee the day-to-day running of an extremely busy and successful restaurant.
We won't pretend it's easy. One minute, you could be out on the floor, making sure the customers are happy; the next, sorting out a complex order for a party of thirty. The pace is extremely fast here, so you'll need to work hard to keep your team members motivated and hitting their targets.
You will have a proven track record in fast paced, branded hospitality management where you would lead from the front. You will need to be as diverse as the role and have a hands-on management style whilst training and developing your team. You will also have an understanding of profit & loss and all the factors that contribute to a successful operation.

Salary circa £18,000 + 25% bonus + package
