Senior Buyer – Homewares
Leading national multi-productretailer is looking to strengthen their Homewares team with the addition of an experienced Retail Buyer.
You will be a strong negotiatorand have previous experience buying a range of Homewares products e.g.Cushions, Throws, Tablewares, Bedding etc. Candidates with experience of buying any Homewares category for a major multi-site retailer will be considered.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
·Negotiating cost prices
·Developing new products
·Evaluating the supplier base
·Building strong working relationships with suppliers
·Selecting a market leading product range
·Driving category growth via setting promotional strategies
·Analysing ranges to identify underperforming products
