Lead Taker - Garden Centre Retailer
£14,500 pa £20,000 OTE
The Company:
Our client is a family owned, family managed business with extensive leisure and retail ventures throughout the UK. The retail arm of the business specializes in the sale of home furnishings, kitchens, bathrooms and flooring and boasts an excellent destination shopping environment.
Job Role:
Working as part of the retail team, you will contribute to the general running of the department by providing an efficient and effective administration and sales service. In addition you will implement the Company's customer care and stock procedures to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer care

Ensure all customers are acknowledged and provided with attentive and courteous service and that sales leads are taken for the Sales Consultant
- Arrange appointments with customers for Sales Consultants to visit
- Growing sales

Maintain hot-spot promotions within the department
- Merchandise stock levels throughout the department
- Implement departmental marketing promotions as required
- Maximise departmental & store sales by promoting link sales/selling on
- Ensuring stock accuracy
- Maintaining POS
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Ensuring security compliance
