Responsibilities
As a Services Trading Manager with Somerfield you will play a big part in our mission to become the UK's leading convenience food retailer. Taking responsibility for all Service departments within a store, including Checkouts, Kiosk, Impulse areas and Systems, our Services Trading Managers are passionate about delighting our customers in every contact they have with the store.
You will take responsibility for our colleagues and customers within one of our 900+ stores, helping to drive our business by achieving your financial targets.
The Individual
You'll need to be driven with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and someone who thrives on change and challenge.
It goes without saying that you are passionate about retail, developing your team, providing great customer service, and really getting to know your local community.
Your background?
You will ideally have a minimum of one year's retail experience, preferably within the food or customer service sector. You will be enthusiastic, with a talent for inspiring others and keen to help us to achieve our mission.
