Operational Support Manager

The role
In this exciting new multi-site role, you'll provide comprehensive support to the Area Manager and improve the way our pharmacies are run.
This could involve anything from implementing new initiatives and processes within our pharmacies to managing rotas and resolving HR issues. You'll also work closely with staff to make sure we're achieving world-class operational and clinical standards – improving stock control measures, organising and tracking maintenance work and monitoring compliance. At all times you'll be constantly looking for new ways to meet and exceed our sales targets and grow our business.
About you
While you don't need specific pharmacy experience, you will need a solid background in retail management. You'll have experience of leading others, increasing sales as well as merchandising and stock control. Calm under pressure and extremely organised, you'll be keen to tackle a busy and diverse workload. You'll also relish the opportunity to achieve goals and targets in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
