They are currently looking for experienced assistant managers all over the UK. Focusing on quality, accountability, appreciation, training & development, teamwork and an upbeat environment, you can expect to be working in a fun atmosphere that will help you develop yourself and your team.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
*Maximise sales to achieve and exceed budgets
*Monitor food, labour cost and controllable expenses
*Lead the team in the absence of General Manager
*Ensure all company standards are met
*Training, coaching and motivating your team
*Accurate completion of all administration and paperwork
You:
You will have previous management experience with teams greater than 10.
You will have worked towards targets and have a working knowledge for profit and loss from previous positions.
With proven communication skills, confidence and working well under pressure, you will have a background in delivering excellent customer service and have a track record of successful man management.
Flexibility and adaptability to the ever changing environment are essential. Own transport and driving licence are preferred (though not critical).
