Fabulous opportunity to be a part of a growing entrepreneurial venture within Mosaic which currently stands at 46 outlets in Oasis (Odille lingerie) and 40 outlets in department stores (Karen Millen & Odille lingerie & swimwear).
This position is ideally suited to a highly organised, confident & high achieving existing Area Manager with experience in excellent relationship management and leadership skills and who possesses experience of managing across 'multiple' retail or wholesale outlets.
Mosaic Intimates operates through the following multichannels: Wholesale as well as through our own transactional website.
This is a key role within the Mosaic Intimates team and to lead the ongoing management of the retail division of the Lingerie business within a business model which will be predominantly concession led in the UK/Eire.In addition, you will work alongside the Head of Sales who is responsible for driving the wholesale business internationally.
The role will be part growing of a small initial team managing the aggressive but considered expansion of this business area.It will require a high level of self motivation, charisma, leadership and relationship management skills both with internal 'customers'and external 'customers'.
Most importantly the role will need someone who is happy and effective in being hands on in bringing their broad leadership as well as tactical expertise to the business with a typical week ranging from highly strategic contribution one day to delivering and assisting new staff in erecting fixtures and fittings and conducting staff training at a business location the next.
The role will also act as a senior level ambassador for the business in helping to forge and maintain new and existing relationships with clients.T
