You will control 10-15 large high street food stores and empower your teams to deliver the excellent service and standards our client's customers expect. Working within the London food market is very challenging so the successful applicant can expect daily challenge. As Area Manager you will also form part of the Regions senior team and you will be expected to contribute to the South East's continued strategic development.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the food retail industry. In addition to this, we will expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the following skills-
• Commercial awareness.
• Experience of running a high turnover food business.
• With either multisite or large single store management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver results.
• Strong on retail standards.
• A trader.
