As the Area Manager - Northyou will report into the Regional Controller, you will lead a team of circa 17 Store Managers in the North West, each managing turnovers of £750,000 to£12,000,000.
The primary function of the role will be to develop your team, drive sales, and ultimately increase the businesses profitability and profile.
As a consequence, you will be developed and challenged in new ways, and will constantly be seen to be the ambassador for the region.
