Assistant Manager - Telecommunications Retailer
The Company:
Our client is challenging the existing mobile network market, offering an unrivaled level of services to their customers on this new network. With concessions and stand alone stores, they are experiencing significant growth making this company a market leader. They are currently looking for a driven Assistant Manager to join the team.
Job Role - Assistant Manager:
Your role will be to support the Store Manager in maximising store sales performance and to achieve individual and store targets. As the Assistant Manager, you will provide the team with clear direction on a day to day basis, actively encouraging team development in order to drive business performance and identify and meet customer's needs and exceed expectations.
Key Attributes - Assistant Manager:
- Ideally you will have management experience in a retail sales environment, either as an Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Department Manager, with experience of managing sales teams
- Have the ability to plan and organise effectively in order to meet deadlines and utilise resources
- Experience of working with performance management and targets (managing KPI's)
