We are currently recruiting for our New Topshop Topman Edinburgh store opening Autumn/ Winter 2008 and have some exciting opportunities for visual merchandising assistants
This role is ideal if you love merchandising and have creative and commercial ability!
Your role will be to ensure the brands identity and highest standard of presentation, both in windows and instore, are achieved consistently and creatively, training and coaching the staff on a ongoing basis.
Key Skills:
- Advise Store staff on visual aspects of VM
- Liase with Field Visual Assistants (FVM) on new VM layout, implementation of merchandising guidelines and feedback new ideas.
- Action planning with Store and Area VM following store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented.
-Co-ordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store.
- Ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times with use of graphics and equipment.
You will have bags of confidence and energy, good communication skills and a passion for fashion! You will also be commercially focussed and love working in a team.
