Job Role - Store Manager Designate:
- To maximise store sales performance to meet all commercial targets
- To develop and manage the team to deliver the Company service expectations
- To minimise all costs to maximise the store contribution
- To recruit, manage, lead and develop the store team to deliver the highest company service and operational standards
- To ensure all store standards reflect the clientÕs image
Accountabilities:
Sales:
- Achieve store sales, store card and mail order targets to deliver a positive contribution.
- Maximise the commercial performance of the shop by monitoring and reviewing stock control.
- Manage space, always ensuring this is operating to optimum productivity.
- Ensure delivery is prioritised effectively and fully completed within agreed timescales.
- Ensure replenishment systems are effective to ensure all options of stock in all available sizes are on the sales floor at all times to maximise sales.
- Works in partnership with B & M to ensure store packages are aligned to the customer profile.
- Consistently review service levels in store and take action to improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
