As Business Director of a new brand within this established large retail group, you will be responsible for developing and improving the brand position and delivering brand values. This is a senior level position that will involve providing leadership, inspiration and direction to the team, enabling them to achieve corporate and financial goals. The main areas within the role will focus on sales, margin, costs and profit:
· Driving and initiating the detailed annual business financial planning process
· Review, feedback and develop the brand and partner relationships through management of bottom line performance
· Devise annual business plans to reflect and maximise brand positioning
· Performance review brand objectives and standards
· Supply chain cost control and efficiency management
· Organisational development and succession planning
To apply you must have at least 10 years experience in retail fashion and sound market awareness at a senior level. Your cv must demonstrate a good understanding of price positioning a brand; margins and markdown stocks to sales, as well as product fulfilment and range building.
