Ready in only 20 minutes and full of delicious flavours, these products are quick to prepare and are sure to be a hit with consumers.

The retail market value of muffins is £58.5m and growing by 3.7% a year.

As consumers increasingly look for that fresh, oven baked taste, BakeMark is targeting a booming market and catering for your customers' tastes while providing you with a convenient, easy to use product.

The range consists of a selection of five premium muffins that cover all the consumer favourites, each with a delicious twist. Packed full of fruity flavours, the Blueberry Muffin contains wild blueberries, while the Lemon & Poppy Muffin has a zesty natural lemon taste.

Offer your consumers a purely indulgent treat with the Double Choc Chunk and Raspberry & White Choc Muffins, both made with real Belgian chocolate chunks. To target those health conscious customers meanwhile, the Reduced Fat Red Berry Muffin is crammed full of summer fruit berries for a moist and fresh flavour, but with 25% less fat.

The muffins couldn't be easier to prepare; simply bake from frozen in the oven for 10 minutes and leave to stand for 10 minutes, then serve hot or cold for that freshly baked appeal.

Lisa Smith, Marketing Manager at BakeMark UK says, “Bake-Off is a very important and successful sector for BakeMark and we endeavor to make it as easy for our customers as possible. The products we provide are ideal for food service operators and bakers with busy outlets, who are looking for convenient products that do not compromise on the freshly baked quality experience.”
