BakeMark UK has launched its new Caravan Brill Overwrap Cream Cheese Icing - a winning combination of all the merits of Caravan Brill's successful Cream Cheese icing with the over-wrapped stability of Caravan Brill Wrap Ice.

Unique to the market, the American style Cream Cheese Icing is entirely non-stick when over-wrapped but with all the softness and creamy taste of the traditional icing, due to the 10% real cream cheese content. The luxury taste and ambient stability makes it the perfect choice for all pre-wrapped sweet treats.

Made with natural colours and flavours, consumers will love the pure and delicious taste of the Cream Cheese icing. No added preservatives or hydrogenated fats make it the perfect sweet-topping choice.
