Branston to trial smart labels

Timestrip Premier Foods

Smart label manufacturer Timestrip has signed up Premier Foods to adopt its smart labels on a trial basis for its Branston Pickle brand.

From mid-December, Timestrips will feature as an on-pack trial with jars of Branston Original sold by Tesco throughout the UK.

Timestrip's smart labels monitor how long perishable food and other products with limited life have been open or in use.
