New signage from Spectrum Industrial in different languages

Source : Spectrum Industrial

Freedom of movement for populations within the European Community is resulting in a growing diversity within the modern workplace and it is therefore becoming increasingly important to display signage in a number of different languages.

Spectrum Industrial has introduced a range of British Standard safety signs in 12 different foreign languages, ranging from all the main European languages to Russian.

The company also offers the option of safety signs, which are supplied in the colours, designs and symbols which have been specified by those particular countries.

John Billington, Sales Manager of Spectrum Industrial, explains: “With a growing proportion of the workforce being made up of non-English speakers, it is important to reduce risks in the workplace and give staff the best possible protection by providing signs in their own languages.

"We are seeing an increase in demand for these signs for use on construction sites, as well as for manufacturing and warehousing companies. Merchants are recognising the valuable new source of income that can be made from signs and the added value service they provide to customers.”

Spectrum’s Foreign language signs can be found in the new industrial safety solutions catalogue. The catalogue gives distributors the chance to gain a competitive edge by offering one of the most comprehensive ranges in the market.

All signs are in a standard 200 x 300mm size and are manufactured from semi-rigid self adhesive PVC. Custom signs are also available with multiple messages and in many different languages, to suit individual company needs.
