Which? food shopping card

Which? has produced this food shopping card to help consumers decipher food labels that do not use a traffic light colour coded system.

The organisation explained:

If you are in a store that does not put traffic lights on foods, use Which?'s food shopping card to see at a glance if the foods in your shopping basket get a red, amber or green light for fat, sugar and salt.
